This beautifully decorated living and formal dinning room has been decorated by Catalina Furnishings a very high quality designer for who we chose to furnish our Complete home.
The formal dinning table with 6 parson chairs is decorated in blue.
The large luxury sofa also converts into a large double bed.

Family Room

The family room which overlooks the pool area has a 52” HDTV with an upgraded cable package and a CD player complete with a few CD’s for you pleasure.

Pool

Our extended heated pool and pool deck has views overlooking conservation and woodland with palm trees and shrubs surrounding the screened pool
The pool is south facing for daylong sunshine. Also featured in the pool are water fountains and pool basket ball
There is a covered lanai with ceiling fan for those who would like to shade from the sun. Patio furniture consists of a table with 4 chairs and 4 reclining sun loungers.
Outdoor pool shower and removable safety guard surrounding pool.

Games Room

Games room consists of a Pool Table- Air Hockey – Soccer Table and a Games Table.

Master Bedroom

This luxurious exceptionally large master bedroom with a King size bed, Cable TV, Telephone and clock/radio.
This luxury master en-suite with large walk in shower and deep bath also features his and hers vanity basins, shaver points and there is a hairdryer supplied
